I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Don’t get me wrong, We get a literal ton of hateful comments, gross emails and horrible DMs from disgusting creatures on Social media every single day. At first glance, this particular tired meme didn’t appear any different than the other thousands of horribly inappropriate messages we get. What made it stand out from the rest was that it was a real person’s X account. It wasn’t from a faceless, nameless, anonymous account with nothing but Only Fan bots for followers. Oh no. This was Tulsa County Public Defender’s Office Asst Public Defense Attorney Brian Rayl posting this meme from his own personal X account.
Out of context, its just another old and over-used meme. I remember posting it a few times several years ago, but like most people, I stopped using it because its just wasn’t funny seeing it for the 1,000,000th time.
But what could I have posted that would have spurred the Asst Public Defender for the Tulsa County Public Defender’s Office to post this Meme?
I posted a plea to the Oklahoma Attorney General Getner Drummond to take my daughter’s murder by Pfizer mRNA injection seriously. It was a plea for him to attend the information sharing hearings we have held at the state capitol building with legislators from all over the State. This cockroach, Brian Rayl, felt like this was the perfect time and place to practice his meme game and mock my daughter’s death and my plea for justice.
Now seems like the perfect time to post another over-used meme of my own…
I called him out on his post, to which he subsequently blocked me. I have no way to know if the Meme is still up. But I called the Tulsa County Public Defender’s Office and Spoke with the “Chief Public Defender” Mrs. Lora Howard. She informed me that Mr. Rayl has a 1st amendment right “just like you do” and the Tulsa County Public Defender’s Office would be taking no action on the matter. I reminded her that Civil Service and Public Employees have a standard of decency and behavior that must be maintained. Police Officers, Firefighters, and even school teachers are held accountable for what they do and say in public forums, all the time. She persisted that nothing would be addressed with Mr. Rayl.
I mailed out the Oklahoma Bar Association Complaint today and will update you when and if I hear something back from them.
Thank you for reading and for your support. Love you all.
